Welcome to Flockt, a space where we bring people together through events and shared interests. Our mission is to create a safe, welcoming, and engaging community for everyone. To achieve this, we ask all members to adhere to the following guidelines:

Respect and Inclusivity

Every member of our community deserves respect. Regardless of one’s background, beliefs, or interests, we foster an environment where everyone feels welcome. Discrimination, harassment, or hate speech of any kind will not be tolerated.

Verification and Age Requirement

To ensure the safety and integrity of our community, we require all users to complete a two-step verification process:

• One Source of Verification: This could be a social media account, email, or approved provider login (Google or Apple).
• Phone Number Verification: To further ensure the authenticity of our members.

Additionally, all users must be 18 years of age or older. This helps us create a mature and responsible community.

Face Verification for Enhanced Trust

As part of our commitment to creating a secure and trustworthy community, we introduce a face verification step during the onboarding process. This simple yet crucial measure helps us ensure the authenticity of our members and enhances the overall safety of our platform.

How It Works:

• During Onboarding: Users will be prompted to upload a real-time image of their face. This process is designed to be quick and easy, ensuring a seamless start to your journey with us.
• Profile Face Key: The image submitted during onboarding will be securely stored as your profile's face key. To maintain the integrity of our community, at least one photo on your profile must match this face key at all times.

This process not only aids in preventing fraudulent accounts but also fosters a community where members can engage with genuine confidence and peace of mind.

We understand the importance of privacy and security. Be assured that your face key is stored with the highest standards of data protection and will only be used to uphold the authenticity of our community. Should you have any concerns or require assistance with the face verification process, our support team is here to help.

Bullying and Stalking

We strive to maintain a safe space for all users. Acts of bullying, stalking, or any form of harassment are strictly prohibited. We encourage users to report any such behavior immediately, and we will take swift action to address it. Please reach out to the Flockt team at Support@flockt.app if you experience any instances of this behavior and it will be investigated further.

Events with Integrity

Our platform allows users to create and attend events, fostering connections in the real world. It's essential that these events are created with good intentions. Events intended to harm others or facilitate illegal actions are strictly forbidden. We reserve the right to remove any events that violate these principles and take appropriate actions against the involved parties.

Reporting Violations

Your safety and well-being are our top priorities. If you encounter any behavior or content that violates these guidelines, please report it to us through the app’s reporting features or by contacting our support team directly at Support@flockt.app. We are committed to reviewing all reports promptly and taking necessary actions to protect our community.
